"This letter is intended as an expression of my confidence in, and my gratitude for having had the opportunity to work with PGI Development over the years in connection with real estate development I have undertaken in Southwest Florida and in connection with the development with which I am now involved in Taos, New Mexico. Over the past ten years or so, in my capacity as Director of Development for the Realmark Group, Cape Coral, FL, I have had the privilege of working with the principals of PGI Development, Rocky, Tim and Anthony Farhat, on the development of residential communities in and around Cape Coral, Florida. Specifically, I associated with PGI Development at Burnt Store Marina and County Club, Punta Gorda, FL working with them in connection with the development of high-end single-family homes throughout the Burnt Store community, and at Linkside, a 26 home community within Burnt Store Marina and Country Club where I shoe them as the exclusive builder. Further, they were a member of the Preferred Build team at Cape Harbour, an exclusive residential and commercial development by the Realmark Group in southwest Cape Coral. I have also chosen to associate with PGI Development in connection with both commercial and residential development I am undertaking in and round Taos, New Mexico. Based on my overwhelmingly positive and mutually beneficial working relationship with PGI Development in the past, I invited them to participate with me in working with a local Taos family seeking assistance in developing substantial family land holding in that area. I was please when PGI Development agreed to join with me and our development team to undertake the planned development beginning with a very exclusive residential community, Sierra de Taos, and the development of commercial property to be called Plaza de Sierra just outside Taos. In addition to working with PGI Development on the construction aspect of the development, I am especially looking forward to working closely with Anthony Farhat in connection with this commercial development as his expertise and contracts in the commercial development arena will prove invaluable. Over the years, I could not have been more pleased to have been associated with the PGI Development family of businesses and I heartily recommend them as being competent, fair, and dependable in all aspects of both commercial and residential construction and development."
